Cod, plaice and 600 other fish species could shrink by a quarter by 2050 as 'global warming strips oceans of oxygen'

Average maximum body weights for 600 types of marine fish, such as cod, plaice, halibut and flounder, would contract by 14-24 percent between 2000 and 2050, the University of British Columbia reports.
