Is Twitter eventually going to make publicists obsolete? Lindsay Lohan's rep issued a statement about the actress' condition after reports surfaced that she was found unresponsive in her hotel room (saying she was exhausted and dehydrated), but LiLo herself took to Twitter to clear things up, anyway!
